Diet

When it comes to this topic what all you guys thinking is that we are suppose to starve our self. Like all you girls always believe that dieting mean not eating and just eats an apple for breakfast, follow by an intense and vigorous exercise. For others dieting is a way to lose weight by cutting meat and just eat carbs. Well let me tell something all this are all wrong!
 Wanna know a secret? carbs are the reason what makes you fat, not meat. If you study your biology. Carbs are made of the same chemical structure as your fats and the more carbs you eat the more energy you store and those energy would be store as fats. It like simple maths carbs are the number 1 and fats is 2 and if you take 1+1 you get 2 that is basically what happens to your carbs when it is eaten too much.

The correct way to lose weight and still eat a lot is that you should eat clean andeating clean means no fried food, No desserts,No fermented food, NO alcohol, NO white carbs(white bread, white rice, potato, noodles and instant noodles). Eat more veggie, lean meat, complex carbs(Brown rice,Sweet potatoes, Spaghetti, sour dough bread, Whole meal bread,Oats, etc). Most importantly NO SKIPING BREAKFAST!! and drink more water, not soda or any fizzy drinks

This is for people who love eating.
The 6meal plan. Where you eat 6 small meals a day. Why? Because by eating constantly every 3 hours your metabolism actually continue to flow and work by burning calories Therefore you can eat like a lot and lose weight . If you eat 3 big meals a day your metabolism actually stops in between and your body cant use up all the energy and it will all be stored as fats. So basically this 6meal plan should start huge and the rest of the meals get smaller in the day. from big to small.
And this 6meal plan should be made up of clean food. So no fast food allowed. No worries you will get use to it sooner or later you will get immune to unhealthy food.
