  1. Sumo Plyo Push ups-15reps-4sets
  2. Standard Push ups-Till Failure(do till you cant do)-3sets
  3. Diamond Push up-10-15 reps-3sets
  4. Inverted Push up-10-20-3sets
  5. Wide hand Push up-10-20-3sets
Between every sets rest for 60seconds. 
*any move you do not know just search up on the Internet.=] have fun=]
