- Sumo Plyo Push ups-15reps-4sets
- Standard Push ups-Till Failure(do till you cant do)-3sets
- Diamond Push up-10-15 reps-3sets
- Inverted Push up-10-20-3sets
- Wide hand Push up-10-20-3sets
Between every sets rest for 60seconds.
