Bad mood

Ever felt mad at some one that you do not want to make that person feel hurt, you are depress, not in the mood,speechless and you do not want to talk to anyone at all coz you think that they are annoying...? All youwant is to be alone and just sit at a corner in the dark room and regretting what you done or because of jealousy? yea Every body has experience that

You felt like telling or sharing your feelings with someone but you dare not. You are shy to. You keep thinking of your lousy life or thinking about someone..

You want to make that feeling go away and you want to feel normal again. Yes?

The best way to make you feel calm down is to play your favorite songs and listen to them best is jazz music or instrumental. Talk to your parents or some one you trust more
Write everything down in a paper and throw it away(burn it to if you want)
Or you can stay cool and tell your self that "Past is not equal ans the future" that mean that something that had happen before doesnt mean you are still the same loser or that thing could happen again. Also the past does not judge what you feel now that is the present.
